Theresa r. Simon, Founder & executive director

Theresa R. Simon, a domestic violence survivor of two abusive relationships, spent time focusing on healing, re-building her life after abuse, raising her children, and her career. During the phase of re-building her life after abuse, Theresa began a support group for domestic violence services, called the Virtual Domestic Violence Support Empowerment Series, on January 25, 2020. Theresa later founded and formed the women's support group, into the non-profit organization NDV (Narcissistic Domestic Violence) Healing and Support Inc. 501 (c) (3), on March 3, 2020, to assist victims of domestic violence, and provide education on domestic violence and narcissist abuse. 

Theresa is extremely passionate about helping other survivors. In addition to founding NDV Healing and Support Inc., Theresa is a motivational speaker, domestic violence / narcissist abuse advocate, Podcast Host, and Author. Theresa has been featured in magazines and podcasts, and has hosted workshops, classes, and events. She has over 11 years experience in the Human Services / Case Management field, with state certified training. Theresa has assisted children and families as a Case Manager, Family Developement Specialist, Shelter Case Manager, Economic Support Specialist, and Legal Assistant. Theresa continues to focus on her career, working in the Human Services field, and has 6 clases (over 101 college credits completed) to finish her Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice. Theresa will continue on to obtain her graduate degree in Criminal Justice, and complete law school, so that Theresa can continue to help other survivors of domestic violence.
